Our 6-meter electrically lockable telescopic mast has undergone multiple working condition tests upon leaving the factory, and all performance data is genuine and reliable. During the full-range lifting and positioning test, the mast stops and locks at multiple points within the 0.5m to 6m range. The positioning accuracy is excellent, and there is no deviation in repeated lifting. After the full-load full-height static placement and lateral pressure test, the mechanical locking structure bites firmly and does not experience sliding or loosening issues.
The four-side key groove structure has undergone anti-sway testing. Under the outdoor normal wind conditions, the pole's deflection amplitude is small, and the equipment equipped with monitoring and communication functions operates stably. The continuous cyclic operation of the electric mode runs smoothly, and the manual handle operation for power-off switching is also flexible and unobstructed. The aluminum alloy pole has passed the salt spray and wear resistance simulation tests. The surface oxide layer is intact, and the corrosion resistance and wear resistance meet the standards. After the entire machine operates for a long time continuously, the core transmission and electrical control components are in good condition, meeting the requirements for high-frequency usage.
A: The four-sided key slot structure enhances directional stability. Under normal outdoor wind conditions, the shaking amplitude is extremely small, allowing it to carry monitoring, antenna, and other equipment normally.
