Working principle

1. Inverted Storage Process

The bottom of the equipment is equipped with an electric inverted driving mechanism. After starting the motor, the entire telescopic mast, with the hinge point of the base as the center, smoothly tilts downward and finally fits perfectly with the base bracket. After being retracted, the overall height of the machine is significantly reduced, facilitating transportation, storage, and transportation. The entire process is electrically and automatically controlled, without the need for manual lifting and disassembly.

2. Mast Extension and Retraction Process

After being inverted to the vertical working position, start the lifting motor. The multi-level aluminum alloy inner sections of the mast extend layer by layer, and can be stopped at any height by locking; the outer side of the mast is equipped with spiral corrugated tubes, which stretch / contract synchronously with the extension / retraction, and completely enclose the internal power lines and signal lines to prevent bending, friction, and damage.

3. Structural Load Stabilization Principle

The base adopts a triangular reinforced steel structure to distribute the load weight at the top, and the thickened steel plates are welded to form it. Standard fixed holes are reserved at the ground / vehicle installation positions; each extension section of the mast is equipped with a limit clamping device, and when raised to the maximum height, it automatically cuts off power to prevent over-inversion, and both the inverted and retraction systems are equipped with dual load-bearing protection structures, maintaining the stability of the machine without shaking in outdoor strong wind conditions.
