Homall's factory-made round tubing manual mechanical mast is an optimized lightweight and economical lifting equipment based on the classic square tube mechanical mast. This round tubing manual mechanical mast adopts a gravity-recovery design. During the lowering process, it naturally descends by its own weight. During operation, there is no need to manually press down or forcefully boost. Avoiding brute force operation can prevent the internal steel wire ropes and screw rod structure from being deformed due to force, which may affect the smoothness of the lifting and lowering process.
The equipment is a lightweight and adapted model. It must be equipped with the equipment strictly according to the rated load. It is prohibited to overload and suspend instruments and accessories. Long-term overloading use will cause deformation of the round tube segments and deviation of the positioning grooves, reducing the stability and service life of the equipment.
When deployed outdoors, try to keep the mast vertically erected. Avoid long-term single-sided exposure to wind and lateral forces. Although the four-slot positioning structure can effectively prevent rotation, long-term uneven loading will affect the positioning accuracy of the lifting.
During daily storage and extension, operate at a constant speed. Avoid rapid and sudden lifting or lowering to prevent the internal transmission structure from being subjected to excessive instantaneous force, causing jamming, abnormal sounds, and other problems.
Before long-term storage and placement, clean the surface of the pole body of dust and stains, keep the pole body dry and clean, and avoid impurities from accumulating in the gaps of the tube body to prevent affecting the subsequent extension and locking effect.
This model is mainly for lightweight working conditions. It is not suitable for heavy-load, high-frequency industrial-grade high-strength operations. For long-term high-strength use, it is recommended to choose the same series of heavy-load square tube models.
