Only seal needs to be changed for pneumatic mast during long time maintenance.
There are two type of pneumatic mast in general, locking pneumatic telescopic mast and non-locking pneumatic mast. Non-locking pneumatic mast is used for temporary use like several hours, if you want to deploy the masts for weeks and months, then locking type pneumatic mast would be works. Due to slightly air module molecule leakage won't be prevented by O ring and Y ring from inside of pneumatic mast, so the non-locking mast would retract a little bit if the air pressure is going down in 6 hours to 10 hours. Added with locking collar, the mast has a mechanical lock latch pin that thrust into the mast body and physically prevent the mast from retracting.

All the aluminum pipes are independently sourced for heat-treated high tensile profiles, and ordinary thin-walled aluminum pipes are rejected. Under outdoor working conditions exposed to salt spray and strong winds, the pole body is less likely to deform or rust, and there will be no safety hazards such as the pole body bending when subjected to heavy loads at high altitudes. The dimensions and strength of the entire batch of products are stable, and they are suitable for large-scale export orders and long-term domestic engineering support.
The internal sealing rings, locking pins and other wear-prone components of the heavy-duty pneumatic mast are all made in standardized and universal specifications. Customers only need to have a small amount of reserve sealing parts to complete the later maintenance, and there is no need to purchase non-standard accessories separately. Whether it is a scattered retail order or a large-scale engineering centralized procurement, stable production can be ensured and the delivery time is guaranteed.
The number of pipe sections, wall thickness and sealing configuration can be adjusted according to the customer's load capacity, height and installation carrier. Different installation scenarios such as trailer-mounted, fixed base station, and field shelter can all be provided with corresponding optimized solutions, enabling the pneumatic mast to better adapt to the entire set of field operation equipment.
