This hydraulic-powered mechanical mast adopts a combined transmission system of hydraulic cylinders and steel cable pulley sets, specifically developed for large-tonnage high-altitude erection operations. The first section of the bottom tube relies on hydraulic cylinders to provide sufficient lifting thrust, while the remaining sections above are synchronously lifted and lowered by high-strength steel cables. This segmented drive structure not only ensures the rigidity of the bottom load-bearing but also enables the upper multiple sections of rods to be extended synchronously and uniformly, without the problem of a single section advancing prematurely or the overall tilting. The running smoothness is far superior to that of ordinary masts driven purely by ropes or hydraulic cylinders.
The entire machine is divided into 7 sections of tubes, with a total length of 15 meters when fully retracted, and a maximum operating height of 30 meters when fully extended. The contraction volume is compact, making it convenient for transportation by trailers or mobile shelters. The bottom is equipped with a 300×300mm thick and reinforced base plate, with multiple sets of strengthened installation holes reserved. It is sufficiently stable for both ground erection or bolt fixation, and can withstand the lateral loads brought by strong winds in the wild.
The first (largest) section is powered by a high-performance hydraulic cylinder, providing immense lifting force. Subsequent sections are elevated via a heavy-duty wire-rope pulley system, ensuring a stable, balanced, and highly synchronized extension process.
